NVQ Assessor / IV - Business Admin, Team Leading, Customer Service, Management with Sales, Telesales, retail an added bonus - West London.
£23-£28k plus benefits - with 3-5k bonus on top paid on individual KPIs and achievement of company budget.
This is a permanent full time role for an experienced Assessor/Internal Verifier. Based out of this expanding and innovative training provider's West London offices you will cover areas within the 33 London boroughs.
You will be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners enrolled on apprenticeship and other work based training programmes.
The role involves travel to a range of employer premises to coach and assess learners and to conduct formal progress reviews. This role also has responsibility for delivering training to groups at the main centre and at employer sites or other local training venues.
Other areas of responsibility include learner and employer engagement, achieving good levels of repeat business and achieving the set Key Performance Indicators.
Applicants must hold the A1 awards (or equivalent), with Verifier awards in addition, and be occupationally competent to assess/IV in the above competences. PTLLS and Key Skills will need to be achieved within an agreed timescale.
Salary on offer: £23K - £28K + bonus , 22 days holiday, mobile and laptop. 32p per mile expenses. 37 hours a week.
