Job Description
My client, a successful entrepreneurial E-portfolio company are seeking an experienced NVQ Assessor & Verifier who is looking to step away from Assessing and move into an Account Management role, supporting clients who are using their electronic portfolio

This company is the market leader in providing innovative technology (E-portfolio) for colleges and training providers to use with their learners, discarding paper portfolios and replacing them with an electronic portfolio.
This role will be to help support the ever increasing client base and as a dedicated account manager, you will be required to continue to provide clients with exemplary customer service.

This role will be remote based working from home where you will be required to travel across a radius from where you are based. (Area will differ dependent on your location)

Role purpose:
The Client Account Manager will focus on listening to, and meeting the needs of their clients.
Backed up by an outstanding technical support and training team, you will be their single point of contact for all of their needs, developing a relationship based on mutual trust and respect. You will be responsible for identifying any opportunities to offer additional licenses, products and services to your clients, as well as protecting existing renewal.

Key responsibilities
• Working with existing customers to meet their expectations
• Liaising with the company’s help desk to resolve any technical issues
• Encourage good practice use of the e-portfolio through our champion programme
• Achieve renewal revenue from existing clients through great customer service
• Upsell additional licenses and features to existing customers
• Develop individual customer growth strategies
• Manage client review meetings to keep clients on track
• Book Senior Leadership meetings for the Client Director
• Protect revenue renewals and identify upsell opportunities
• Take ownership of client renewal revenue targets and client growth strategy

Requirements for the role:
• Good understanding of FE and Apprenticeship market
• Previous use of the “Smart Assessor” E-portfolio system, as both an Assessor and IQA

Salary & Benefits:
• A starting salary of £25,000 p.a
• Commission OTE £30K on account renewals + uncapped scheme on account development
• 45ppm millage, or train travel paid for
• 20 days holiday + BH
• Auto-enrolment pension
