Job Description
One of the UK's largest providers of Education, Training and Skills is looking for a Clinical Care Curriculum Design Manager. This role will be home based.

Job Purpose -
The Curriculum Designer will raise standards in the sector subject areas through developing outstanding, innovative resources that ensure our client is the provider of choice.

Role accountabilities -
>?? Support the Curriculum Design Manager in achieving the overarching curriculum strategic objectives
>?? Meet agreed project timescales
>?? Ensure the sector curriculum has a comprehensive set of learning and assessment resources for its work based learning programmes and commercial courses
>?? The curriculum meets the needs of learners, employers, staff and Awarding Organisations
>?? Curriculum Resources meet internal brand standards.
>?? Develop, analyse and update the learner journey for each of the sector standards including the management & governance of on-line resource library to ensure outstanding delivery.
>?? Review delivery models, competitor activity and learning styles to ensure cost effective, learner and employer focused delivery
>?? Improve Trainer and learner engagement on Fuse and help drive cultural change across the business.
>?? Manage, edit and co-ordinate the writing of apprenticeship standards & learning resources ensuring access for all learners.
>?? Liaise with IT/technical support to host and manage content & review of E-portfolio outputs
>?? Identify and facilitate improvements in the delivery of the learning & assessment in line with Trailblazer, QCF and SSC changes or requirements.
>?? Manage and drive training & development in specialist area to support delivery through technology, occupational competence updates, best practice learning and on-boarding.

Experience & skills required -
>?? Experience in Clinical Care as an Assessor, Trainer or IQA
>?? A teaching expert able to demonstrate strong understanding of teaching methodologies and structuring of learning packages.
>?? An understanding of the QCF, Apprenticeship Standards and experience of writing delivery content to meet the requirements and criteria of qualifications
>?? A track record of developing, adapting and innovating training product, ideally including a mix of face-to-face, distance and e-learning solutions.
>?? Track record of working successfully at a senior level in high demand environments, to target and deadline, managing internal and/or external stakeholder expectations.
>?? Experience and an understanding of developing training products to deadlines and meeting commercial objectives.
