Job Description

We use our talent and experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace to gain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.

As of one our Assessors you will be working across your allocated area (Staffordshire/Black Country), having a base in the Stafford office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager. We expect that you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners and employers in their workplaces, which can range from residential care homes to domiciliary care in the community.

We are looking for an assessor on a full time and permanent basis.

• Attention to detail
• Resilience

The role is open to qualified and unqualified assessors. If qualified, it would be desirable for you to be able to deliver up to Level 5 qualifications in Care. If unqualified, it is essential that you have experience of working within the Care industry to management level and hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Care. A level 5 Care qualification would be benficial. We offer a free and full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver, have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK.
