L6/L7 Construction Management Assessor: The essentials.

• Assessor qualification (A1, D32, TAQA)
• Literacy & Numeracy qualifications (at Level 2 or above)
• A higher Level Construction Management qualification (Level 6 or Level 7)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility
• Sound understanding of E-Portfolio assessment systems
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car


L6/L7 Construction Management Assessor: Your experience.

• Minimum of 1 year assessing experience
• Occupational competency within Construction Management
• Experienced in delivering Higher Level Construction Management (L6/L7) qualifications
• Accomplished in completing paperwork in line with SFA and Award Body guidelines
• Proven track record of successful completion of portfolios, with high success rates
• A proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets
• Experience in a similar role
• The ability to motivate and encourage people
• An interest in helping people develop
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills
• Planning and delivering vocational training programmes and workshops
• Maintaining records of learners progress


L6/L7 Construction Management Assessor: The desirables.

• Teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd)
• V1 Internal Verifiers Award (or equivalent D34/TAQA)
• Additional qualifications within the Construction industry


L6/L7 Construction Management Assessor: The organisation.

You will be expected to take ownership of your own caseload and be expected to deliver at the highest level. L6/L7 Construction Management Assessor: The role.

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the established specialist construction training organisations in the UK!
• My client is looking for fully qualified Higher Level Construction Management Assessors to cover around the M25 area.
• Carrying a caseload of 30/40 candidates (This could increase)
• You may have to travel outside of these are on occasions, depending on the workload
• Travel and overnight stays are required with this position (fully expensed) so flexibility is essential.
• Ensuring timely completions and development of relationships with both employers and learners.
• You will be expected to communicate at Director Level, & Awarding Bodies when required
• £35k-£40k negotiable for exceptional candidates (depending upon experience & qualifications)
• 45p per mile (paid from home)
• Full expenses including accommodation (where applicable)
• 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
