Job Description
Are you a qualified and experienced Assessor? Do you have experience working in an office environment to a managerial level? Are you looking for a regional role?

One of the UK’s leading training providers delivering Apprenticeships in the workplace are expanding their team and are looking for a Business Admin and Customer Service Assessor to cover the Plymouth area.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with you being based from home, assessing out in the field across wide areas.

This exciting position, within a quality driven organisation, will allow you to draw on your experience of the Business Admin Retail and Customer Service environments to provide learners in their workplaces with support and training, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing/tutoring them in their NVQ/QCF qualifications
• Delivering full Apprenticeship frameworks, including Functional Skills, Tech Certs, ERR & PTLS
• Maintaining documentation on learners’ progression
• Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews with learners
• Delivering learner portfolios to agreed standards
• Working as part of a regional team
• Building and developing relationships with Employers

The ideal candidate will have a background in an industry relating to Business Admin, Retail and Management. This experience may have come from working in an Office, Customer Service, Retail Superstore or Call Centre Environment , working to a managerial level, where you will have had management responsibilities such as performance management of a team, Rota's and sales performance.

The role is open to Qualified and Unqualified Assessors.

Qualified candidates will have either D32/D33/A1 or TAQA and have experience delivering full Apprenticeship frameworks out in the workplace. Unqualified Assessor will have experience in the Business Admin and Customer Service industry to a Managerial level.

For all candidates it is essential that you have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and manage your own time.

In return you will receive:

Basic salary of £22,510 - £23,580 Dependant on Experience + Bonus (OTE £35,000)
