NVQ Assessor, (Trainee or Qualified) Sport - Bristol, South West

One of the UK's largest NVQ Training Providers are looking to grow their team of Sport NVQ Assessors covering Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Sport industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential. Previous assessing experience is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a career change, and the opportunity to work for a large organisation who can provide full support in obtaining the D32/33/A1 qualifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications - Maintaining documentation on learners' records - Liasing with Learners, Verifiers and Management - Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards
This role will suit an excellent communicator who has experience of Sport Industry, working as a Gym Instructor and is looking to work with and support learners. It is essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within the Bristol, Bath and Weston- super- Mare region to visit different workplaces.
You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including:
- Basic starting salary of £18,819 with a £500 payrise after 6 months - 25 days holiday - 40p per mile when travelling on business - Excellent company pension scheme - Bonus Scheme - Company Car after 18 months (if you travel more than 10,000 business miles a year)
