We're looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Apprenticeship Assessor to take on this rewarding role supporting a caseload of learners through their Hospitality and Business Administration Apprenticeships. Assessor - Hospitality & Business Administration: The essentials.

• A1, CAVA or equivalent assessing qualification
• AET, PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
• Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
• Relevant Industry Qualifications


Assessor - Hospitality & Business Administration: Your experience.

• At least two years assessing experience/experience in a similar position
• Strong occupational competency and background within Hospitality
• Have a genuine interest in helping people learn new and develop skills
• A passion for helping learners progress in their chosen sector
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills


Assessor - Hospitality & Business Administration: The desirables.

• Ability to deliver on other generic subject qualifications/apprenticeships
• Ability to deliver on cleaning and support services


Assessor - Hospitality & Business Administration: The organisation.

• This growing provider specialising within the Hospitality and Catering industry for qualification delivery. Built by professionals with a mountain of experience within work based learning and training, they pride themselves with putting the learner at the heart of their delivering, offering support and guidance and also keeping each learners journey exciting! Working with large levy employers they have multiple exciting contracts within the pipeline along with expanding on current contracts too, meaning they are able to grow organically within work based learning and training.


Assessor - Hospitality & Business Administration: The role.

• I'm looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor to join this private training provider in the delivery of mainly Hospitality and Business Administration Apprenticeships at Levels 2 & 3 (new standards with some old standards including Functional Skills), there may be a need to cover Cleaning and Support Services also, so if you can deliver this then we would be extremely keen to hear from you!
• Working remotely you will be covering inside the M25 primarily so we ask for flexibility when it comes to travelling to visit your learners.
• The delivery will be a 1-1 delivery and assessment with some group sessions too with learners in the same location.
• You will planning, implementing, delivering and supporting the Apprentices through their apprenticeship, maintaining accurate records and liaising with employers to ensure that the learners are progressing and working towards a timely completion.
• The successful candidate will have the experience within work based learning but also have a strong occupational competency within Hospitality in order to pass on the relevant skills and industry knowledge.
• £24k - £27k (DOE & Qualifications)
• 28 days holiday + bank
