Job Description
Assistant Graphic Designer - Bournemouth  

Due to continuing business growth, we are seeking an Assistant Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in the development of design briefs and creation of graphics to support our online marketing campaigns. 
The role will involve thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts in line with brand guidelines and applying the marketing strategy across all work.

The role  

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will deliver support for our marketing strategy. You can expect the role to involve: Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts Creating graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn Creating graphic content for blogs, press releases, leaflets and newsletters Working with the team to produce internal and external marketing collateral Contributing to and developing brand strategies Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations Interpreting needs of customers and developing a concept to suit their purpose Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time Presenting finalised ideas and concepts Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall Marketing strategy 

Criteria required  

1 to 2 years’ experience on in-house design services Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software Good understanding of marketing activities Degree in graphic design or other art and design-based subject High creativity and innovation Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
