Job Description
Are you a qualified Assessor looking for a new challenge? This rewarding role involves delivering Customer Service and Business Administration qualifications at Level 3 (including Functional Skills) to learners across the Norwich region. This is a newly created, home based role, so you will need to have top-notch organisational skills, efficient diary management and be able to support learners where necessary. Business Administration and Customer Service Trainer/Assessor: The essentials.

• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA...)
• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Business Administration and Customer Service Level 3 Qualifications
• Full knowledge of the Apprenticeship Frameworks
• Experience of delivering Functional Skills
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car

Business Administration and Customer Service Trainer/Assessor: Your experience.

• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Experience in delivering Customer Service and Business Administration to Level 3
• Experience of planning, preparing and delivering teaching and one to one sessions
• Observing and assessing learners in their workplace

Business Administration and Customer Service Trainer/Assessor: The desirables.

• Retail, Warehouse or Management Qualifications to Level 5
• Occupational competence within the industry
• Internal Verifier Qualification (V1, D43..)

Business Administration and Customer Service Trainer/Assessor: The role.

• Responsible for delivering Customer Service and Business Administration qualifications up to level 3 (including Functional Skills) to a caseload of learners
• Continuously develop and design schemes of work, lesson plans and resources
• Home based role with caseload around the Norwich region
• £24,000 per annum
• Mileage Paid at 30p per mile
• 26 days annual leave
