This approach has resulted in a well-established team with a very low staff turnover. Established nearly 10 years, this company has shown a steady growth and this is set to continue in the future. The majority of the instruction they provide is within schools and colleges so applicants need to be keen to help improve the lives of young people by providing them with practical skills that will lead to employment and get them started on a career for life. Class sizes are small and trainers always work in twos to ensure all learners receive plenty of support and encouragement. Their training facilities are designed to help young people work towards accredited courses by gaining experience within bricklaying, plastering, flooring and tiling, carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating, plumbing and roofing.
