Health & Social Care IQA: The essentials.

• Assessing Qualification (D32, D33, A1, TAQA, CAVA, D34, IQA, V1, EQA)
• Teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Competent to IQA in H&SC and Generic portfolios
• Sound understanding of E-Portfolio assessment systems
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
• Excellent organisational skills
• An enthusiastic and driven character with the ability to communicate on all levels
• A professional demeanour with excellent communication skills and a passion for developing and inspiring delivery staff.
• Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car

Health & Social Care IQA: Your experience.

• Experience in delivering, assessing or verifying H&SC to Level 5
• IQA experience
• Accomplished in completing paperwork in line with SFA guidelines
• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Experience in a similar role
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• The ability to motivate and encourage people
• An interest in helping people develop
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills

Health & Social Care IQA: The desirables.

• Quality Management experience
• Level 5 qualification in H&SC

Health & Social Care IQA: The role.

• A role taking ownership of Internal Verification of H&SC to Level 5 and Generic portfolios.
• This is an office based role in Edgbaston with travel around the West Midlands region.
• Overseeing five Assessors and ensuring high standards are maintained.
• £25k p/a
• Mileage - 40ppm (from the office)
• Up to £300 yearly performance bonus
• 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
