Job Description
Health & Social Care IQA - South Wales / Bristol (Regional Role) - £25,000-£30,000 (DOE) / Mileage paid at 35p / Potential Salary increase with company expansion.


The Role: Health & Social Care IQA

• You will be required to look after a team of Assessors (approx 10) across the South of Wales and Bristol including a small caseload of learners (Level 3/5 Health & Social Care) to retain CPD.
• This role will be a mixture of office based in Swansea, 3 days per week, and out visiting Assessors/Learners 2 days per week where mileage will be paid at 35p.
• With the company looking to expand towards the end of the year, the role may change to nationwide travel which will include an increase in salary.
• To support the field training team in all aspects of training and caseload management to ensure awarding body standards are being maintained.
• The salary is up to £30,000 depending on qualifications, experience and skills.
• A DBS check prior to the commencement of role is required.


Essential Requirements: Health & Social Care IQA

• IQA qualification
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care
• IQA experience (minimum 18 months)
• Recent occupational experience within Care
