Job Description
Are you an experienced Traineeship Tutor? Looking to Manage a New project with a leading Training/Welfare provider?

I am looking for ambitious, committed individuals who are passionate about changing lives. Centre based role in Tower Hamlet – London.
To lead a small team to provide specialist qualifications advice, administrative support and guidance to 19-24 year old Traineeship learners as part of the overall enrolment and induction process. To coach 19-24 year old Traineeship learners through a suitable programme of teaching, learning & assessment, from induction to certification.
You will be delivering a wide range of areas from employability to customer service and much more.

Main Duties

o To manage Traineeships tutors.

o To work with the Vocational management team to ensure Grade 1 provision for Traineeships

o To ensure excellence in teaching, learning and assessment in Traineeships delivery that is in accordance with Ofsted Grade 1 provision.

o To ensure operational delivery targets in relation to Qualification Achievement Rates and other future metrics relating to apprenticeships and upskilling are at 85% + and well above national averages.

o To ensure the learner experience is of the highest quality and leads to satisfaction rates of 90%+.

o To ensure all processes are effectively quality monitored and are meeting Ofsted and ESFA requirements.

o To tutor and where appropriate assess traineeship learners in relation to achieving their programme. This may include gaining units or whole recognised national qualifications, including, NVQ, technical aspects, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills, Functional skills, ERR and Learning Plans.

o To develop and prepare suitable learning materials and teaching resources

o To prepare relevant schemes of work.

o To deliver appropriate teaching to ensure all learners achieve a positive outcome

o To provide guidance, pastoral and social support for allocated Catch22 traineeship learners

o To coach, advice and guide learners so that they develop the mind-set qualities, will power, positive habits and recognise the important of practice to succeed in the world of work.

o To challenge and push learners so that they 'go above and beyond’ their learning and training and become ambitious to succeed in their careers.

o To deliver training in accordance with the new Traineeship Standards and Matrix.

o To ensure all traineeship learners receive a full induction including initial assessments in English, Maths and ICT. All paperwork to support induction on to the programme to be fully compliant for funding purposes and be submitted to the contract assurance team in a timely manner.

Offering a Salary up to £30,000pa
