What we need: either an experienced Trainer/Assessor or an individual with extensive management experience looking to make a move into the training industry! What we’d love: a high performing and driven individual with a real interest in helping people develop; someone who has already attained, or is willing to gain teaching and assessing qualifications, so that you can help in the delivery of Higher Level Management qualifications to Level 5. Management Level 5 Trainer/Assessor: The essentials.

• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA)
• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Extensive management experience
• A willingness to gain teaching and assessing qualifications
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car
• Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)

Management Level 5 Trainer/Assessor: Your experience.

• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Experience in a similar role
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to motivate and encourage people
• An interest in helping people develop
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills

Management Level 5 Trainer/Assessor: The desirables.

• Minimum 12 months assessing experience

Management Level 5 Trainer/Assessor: The organisation.

• A new and exciting training provider that has secured large contracts with multiple levy paying business, providing a wide range of courses including executive leadership programmes, apprenticeships and employability skills.

Management Level 5 Trainer/Assessor: The role.

• We are looking for either an experienced Trainer/Assessor to join a growing training provider to help in the delivery of Higher Level Management qualifications to Level 5 or an individual with extensive management experience looking to move in to the training industry.
• Working from home, you will be managing a caseload around the London area primarily, however there may be a requirement for you to travel further out locations, so a willingness to travel to learners is essential.
• You will provide support and mentor learners to ensure they achieve completion in a timely manner and adhere to company targets set.
• Negotiable salary
• 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory days
