Job Description
Have you worked within any of the following, Estate Agency, Property Services, Lettings and Property Management, Residential Sales and would like to support others to work towards an Property Services Apprenticeship and to understand the principles and practical application of working within an Estate Agency or Property Services? If you’ve got a formal training or assessing qualification – fantastic, but if you’ve not then don’t worry, our client will help you achieve your professional training and assessing qualifications. You just need to be keen to learn and feel passionate about supporting Apprentice Estate Agents. Full training will be provided in all aspects of best Estate Agency practice.
If you’ve previously mentored, coached or trained people and you’ve enjoyed the sense of achievement you feel when they have succeeded within the role, even better

Property Services Trainer / Assessor: The essentials.

• Excellent communication skills – the ability to liaise with directors of Estate Agencies and Property Services companies and explain things clearly and concisely to learners.
• Good time management abilities as you will be managing your own diary and booking your own appointments.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow process and ensure each module is completed properly and to level required.
• Full, clean driving license and own vehicle.

Property Services Trainer / Assessor: Your experience.

• 12 months plus experience working within any of the following: Estate Agency, Property Services, Lettings and Property Management, Residential Sales
• Good administrative skills – completing relevant paperwork.

Property Services Trainer / Assessor (Trainee): The desirables.

• Previous experience within a training or assessing role backed up by formal training or assessing qualifications.
• Formal Estate Agency, Property Services, Lettings and Property Management, Residential Sales qualifications.
• Functional skills qualification or GCSE English and Maths.

Property Services Trainer / Assessor: The organisation.

• The training arm of multinational group.
• Over the last few years they have built up their apprenticeship training provider division due to their strong ethics and quality delivery and exceptional service provided to their learners and clients.
• This company offers a combination of both apprenticeship schemes and commercial training within several niche sectors as well as the usual run of the mill training courses.
• Offering both formal training and assessing qualifications to Trainee Assessors, is only a small part of their training and development available to all employees. Staff development is something that this company strongly believe in and they actively encourage monthly CPD so that their employees are growing their skill sets and promotional prospects. Many of their team work towards IQA.

Property Services Trainer / Assessor: The role.

• Based mainly at home you will be travelling to client premises, which consist of a variety of different Estate Agencies, Property Services, Lettings & Property Management companies.
• Supporting learners to help them work towards achieving their Property Services Apprenticeship.
• Assessing examples of learners’ work to establish whether they have understand the principles of good Property Services practice.
• Advising where improvements could be made.
• Average number of learners is 40 – 45 at various locations, so you would be travelling throughout the region Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire
• Focused upon delivering a high quality service to learners and their employers and working towards timely completions.
• Completion of relevant paperwork.
• Basic salary of £27,00
• Car allowance of £3,000 and fuel card

• A DBS (formerly CRB) check prior to commencement of role is required
