Job Description
We are looking for a Quality driven expert, someone with a successful track record in managing the quality improvement process and quality assurance procedures, to join an established, growing Training Provider! We need someone who is super sharp and switched on, results focussed and driven with a real 'can do' attitude! As a specialist in your field you will also have a comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and external organisation requirements. Oh, and it goes without saying that you’re a whizz at accurate report writing and record keeping (but we’ll say it anyway). In short, you’re the full package! The role will be covering the Midlands region, and will involve travelling to multiple locations in this area, so willingness to travel is essential. Quality Manager: The essentials.

• Hold a teaching qualification (PTLLS min..)
• Hold an Internal Verification/Internal Quality Assurance Qualification (V1, D34, IQA).
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and external organisation requirements.
• Understanding of issues affecting the Work Based Learning Sector with knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and trailblazing standards/developments.
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
• Knowledge of ESFA funding, Ofsted Criteria & Awarding Bodies

Quality Manager: Your experience.

• Experience in a similar position
• Extremely Accurate report writing and record keeping skills with attention to detail
• Ability to consistently offer support and develop teams within the sector
• Excellent planning, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Assertive and confident in liaising with external auditors and at director level

Quality Manager: The desirables.

• Hold an Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33).
• Degree Level Qualified

Quality Manager: The organisation.

• Established for over 40 years, this growing company are specialists in work-based learning, apprenticeships etc. This client are known for putting their learners at the heart of everything they do, and they're committed to communicating with, supporting and developing everyone who works with them.

Quality Manager: The role.

• We are looking for a Quality driven expert with a proven track record of managing the quality improvement process and quality assurance procedures within Apprenticeship frameworks, standards, programmes and delivery.
• You will be in a similar position and be ready to take on a new challenge within this private provider in supporting their plans to become outstanding.
• You will be involved with all aspects of the Quality process, driving success rates and improvement strategies, along with supporting staff development and carrying out OTLAs.
• A lead when it comes to Ofsted inspection, you will be confident with a strong understanding of common inspection frameworks and know what outstanding looks like!
• We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the liaising with awarding bodies, has experience in managing self assessment reports and quality improvement plans.
• The role will be covering the Midlands region, and travelling to multiple locations in this area may be needed so we need someone who is flexible with travel.

• Mileage Paid at 40p per mile
